This Privacy Policy explains how Greenhouses Direct Limited, trading as Rhino Greenhouses, (“Rhino Greenhouses,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit or use www.rhinogreenhouses.com (the “Site”), request information (including brochures), create an account, make purchases, contact us, or otherwise interact with us.
1) Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect online (and, where applicable, offline) that relates to the Site and our products/services. It does not apply to third-party websites or services linked from the Site (including social media platforms).

We collect information you provide, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.
A. Information you provide directly
Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect:

In certain instances, a third party may collect certain customs/import compliance data, which may include a Social Security number (“SSN”) or other government identifier only where necessary for customs clearance/import compliance, shipping/logistics, identity verification, fraud/security, or other legally required purposes. We have no access to this information and it is not stored or processed by us.

6) Sensitive Personal Information (Including SSNs)
If we collect SSNs, we treat them as Sensitive Personal Information (including under California law) and:
- collect only when necessary for customs/import/legal compliance;
- restrict access and apply heightened safeguards;
- do not use SSNs for advertising/marketing;
- use/disclose SSNs only as permitted by law and for the purposes described here.
California recognizes SSNs as “sensitive personal information” and provides a right (in certain circumstances) to limit its use/disclosure.
7) Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including legal, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, and security needs.
For certain inquiry-type submissions, we may retain data for approximately 12 months, unless a longer period is needed for legal/compliance or operational reasons (e.g., order records).
8) Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no system is completely secure, and internet transmission is not entirely secure.
9) Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
10) US Privacy Rights (State Privacy Laws)
Depending on where you live and the nature of our processing, you may have rights to:
- Access/know what personal information we collected, used, or disclosed. If you are a resident of Delaware, you also have the right to obtain a list of the of categories of third parties to which we have disclosed personal data of Delaware residents;

- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of certain disclosures for targeted advertising and, where applicable, the sale of personal information;
- Limit certain uses/disclosures of Sensitive Personal Information (where applicable);
- Non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of your rights under State Privacy Laws. Unless permitted by State Privacy Laws, we will not:
- Deny you goods or services.
- Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
- Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
- Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
- Appeal - If we decline to take action regarding a request that you have submitted, we will inform you of our reason and provide instructions for how to appeal the decision. In the event that we do not respond to a request that you make pursuant to one of the privacy rights set forth in this section, you have the right to appeal our refusal to take action within a reasonable period of time after you receive our decision. Within 60 days of our receipt of an appeal, we will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions. If the appeal is denied, we will also provide you with an online mechanism, if available, or other method through which you may contact the Attorney General to submit a complaint.
- Under Nevada Law, our users who are Nevada consumers may request that their personal data not be sold (as defined under applicable Nevada law), even if their personal data is not currently being sold. 11) California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)
This section applies to California residents to the extent the CCPA/CPRA applies.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, certain disclosures for ad targeting/measurement (including via targeting cookies and pixels) may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.

D. Shine the Light Law
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (“Shine the Light”), if you reside in California, you have the right to ask us one time each year if we have shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. 12) CalOPPA (California Online Privacy Protection Act)
CalOPPA requires a conspicuously posted privacy policy for commercial sites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers. Some browsers have a “do not track” (also known as DNT) feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. Please note that we do not respond to or honor DNT signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers. However, if you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Montana, New Hampshire, or another state with a similar privacy law, we treat opt-out preference signals as a means of opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or of opting out of the processing of personal information for targeted advertising, as applicable.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date.
